All Out

July 14, 2012

You’re upset because we are out of something that you drove all of the way down here just to eat? Well, have a safe drive back.

You can throw the biggest temper tantrum you want. It’s not going to make that item reappear on the menu. You should be happy when restaurants run out of food. It usually means that the food is fresh and hasn’t been sitting around for forever and a day.  It’s too bad there aren’t many phones in this world because you could’ve used one to call the restaurant ahead of time.

  1. I love your choice of picture. I am a smiling.

  2. I don’t work in a restaurant but a pizza place, and know where you are coming from with this. Customers give you the whole arm cross, foot stomp and loud sigh. Could swear they were three.

  3. I think u should tell people what you really think! LOL:)
I was in sales for over 30 years and the were too many times to count when I would have loved to say what I really thought. It’s amazing how far a plastic smile goes…..

  4. It’s amazing what people think they can achieve with a temper tantrum. True optimism.

  6. Totally true, funny and loved your sarcasm looooooool

  7. those who throw a temper tantrum just don’t really know how that thing inside their heads (that is if they have one) work. it would be nice to keep a stock of what should have been thrown away and give it to them..maybe then they would realize..but i think that’s just asking to much of them :P

    • Basically, what it boils down to is that a lot of people are morons. I can tell they dont get it when they say ” You’re out of this?” as if to say, “How can this be?” Thats when I leave them sitting there alone for a minute or two, so they can comprehend the tragedy of a restaurant not having what they wanted to eat.
